Social Media Manager

Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager | Account Executive to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will manage multiple brand accounts, working closely with clients and our creative team to deliver exceptional results. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for crafting engaging captions, designing visually appealing grids and posts using Canva, and collaborating with our graphics team to bring ideas to life. You will also assist in planning content strategies, work with photographers on mood boards, and be actively involved in photoshoots as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 4-6 brand accounts simultaneously, adapting to workload demands.
• Develop and write creative captions for social media posts.
• In person two to three days a week.
• Design visually appealing grids and posts using Canva in collaboration with the graphics team.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their brand vision is executed.
• Assist in planning and executing content strategies to achieve client goals.
• Collaborate with photographers on mood boards to align creative direction.
• Participate in photoshoots and provide support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Canva is required; experience with other graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel for shoots when required.
