We need a Social Media Manager! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our company and client’s social media strategy across all major platforms. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media profiles, crafting engaging content, and implementing strategic plans to enhance brand presence and engagement with the audience.
Key responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our marketing and business objectives. Identify key opportunities and trends in the social media landscape to enhance our brand's visibility and reach.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, images, videos, and stories. Ensure that all content reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media communities, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with our followers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our campaigns and initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns. Share insights and best practices to support overall business goals.
- Content Scheduling: Develop and maintain a content calendar to strategically plan and schedule social media posts in advance. Ensure consistent posting frequency across all platforms and optimize timing for maximum engagement. Utilize scheduling tools and platforms to streamline the content publishing process and maintain an organized workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executing social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple social media profiles simultaneously while maintaining consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in driving engagement, growth, and conversions through social media channels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
