Social Media Manager

Description:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in scheduling and programming posts, writing an engaging copy, pulling analytics, and putting together comprehensive reports. This hybrid role will be based in Islamabad, with working hours aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (8 AM to 5 PM EST).

Responsibilities:

Schedule and program social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our marketing strategy.

Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, ensuring high engagement and reach.

Monitor social media performance and pull analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Create and present detailed reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and effective social media content.

Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role for at least 2 years.

Familiarity with social media scheduling programs (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and relevant content.

Proficient in pulling and analyzing social media analytics.

Ability to create detailed and insightful reports on social media performance.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
