We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at NX3 Digital. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve our marketing and business goals.
- Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform and our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to continuously optimize our strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in social media marketing is a plus.
