We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong educational background in marketing, communications, or digital media and a passion for social media trends, engagement strategies, and content creation. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support in running paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Assist in crisis management and online reputation management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
