Description:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, and driving brand awareness within the medical billing and coding industry. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community in a professional and timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, measure success, and optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Manage and grow our social media presence by identifying and leveraging new opportunities for engagement and visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the healthcare or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
