Responsibilities:
- Proficient in graphic design utilising tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing posts, reels, and graphics.
- Skilled in crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience and encourages engagement, leveraging trending memes, witty tweets, and Instagram reels to spark conversations and foster a dedicated following.
- Adept at copy writing, with the ability to craft impact full captions and persuasive ad copy tailored to each platform, capturing audience attention from the outset and driving desired actions through effective calls to action.
- Strategic thinker who utilises data analytics to inform campaign decisions, identifying emerging trends and crafting data-driven strategies to achieve specific objectives, whether it be enhancing brand awareness, increasing website traffic, or generating leads.
- Proficient in managing multiple social media platforms, overseeing content scheduling, engagement with followers, response to comments, and community management, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Dedicated to staying abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in the social media landscape, testing new features and innovations to keep our brand at the forefront of digital discourse.
- Collaborative team player who works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Proven track record of creating viral social media content for a brand or agency.
- Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive copy.
- Expertise in various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their advertising tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, proactive, and a self-starter with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
