Description:

ProRecruit is hiring a Social Media & Content Assistant to work remotely for a Canada-based client. This role is ideal for a creative, resourceful individual who enjoys taking ownership of social media management and content creation. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to quickly learn new tools, and capable of problem-solving independently.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
✅ Use Canva to design graphics and edit short videos for social media.
✅ Write engaging content and captions in fluent English, tailored for different platforms.
✅ Conduct online research and independently solve new challenges using Google, YouTube, and support documentation.
✅ Learn and adopt new applications and tools (training provided where necessary).
✅ Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop compelling and creative content.


Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
✔ Proficiency in Canva for both graphic design and video editing.
✔ Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
✔ Willingness to work in EST hours (preferred, but flexible for the right candidate).
