Social Media Associate

Description:

Tapmad is looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Associate to join our Marketing Communications Team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand presence and user engagement on various platforms.

- Ideates individually and collaboratively on innovative content ideas designed to meet long-term goals for both social media engagement and overall audience growth.

- Create eye-catching and compelling social media content, including graphics, reels, written copy, and captions that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.

- Manage and grow our social media communities by actively engaging with users and fostering a sense of community.

- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices to continuously optimize content performance and achieve KPIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, and - Design, to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand voice across all channels.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing & Content Writing.

- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content

- Experience in community management and social media management with the ability to analyze and report on performance metrics

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments, as well as independently

- A creative thinker who can come up with new and engaging content ideas.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

- Experience with social media management tools.
