Social Media Associate

Description:

- Assist and manages all company social media accounts management

- Must have comand on YouTube SEO's

- Design, build, execute, and measure surveys, polls, and other feedback collection methods to capture subscribers' feedback on targeted ideas and opportunities

- Management of the social media content calendar and scheduling posts for optimal times. Ensuring that the content is published consistently and in-line with the organization’s strategy.

- Monitoring and engaging with the organization's social media audience. Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from users in a timely and professional manner. Building relationships and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

- Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and click-through rates. Generating reports on social media performance and providing insights to inform future strategies and improvements.

- Conducting research on the organization's target audience, competitors, and industry trends to inform social media strategies. Assisting in the development and execution of social media campaigns and initiatives.

- Ensuring that social media content aligns with the organization's brand voice, guidelines, and values. Maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity across different social media platforms.
