Qualification & Requirement:

• BBA/MBA/BS/MS in Management Sciences, Media Studies
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role

Key Accountabilities:

• Building and executing social media & PR strategy through competitive and audience research
• Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Measure PR program impacts using regular reporting
• Coordinate with Media Agencies to get possible results
• Present solutions in times of PR crisis
