We are live with two innovative online platforms and are looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media efforts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and potentially TikTok.

Craft and execute a highly coordinated social media strategy that not only builds exceptional brand equity but also achieves at least 75,000 user signups and assessments by the first 3-months of engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Content Calendar:
- Develop a weekly and monthly content calendar tailored to each platform.
- Define clear themes, objectives, and engaging content for each channel.
- Align posts with ongoing institutional engagements and highlight key milestones to stay relevant.
2. Diverse Content Strategy:
- Create a mix of posts, including success stories, case studies, behind-the-scenes updates, institutional collaborations, and thought leadership pieces.
- Leverage multimedia formats like videos, infographics, testimonials, and live events to maximize audience engagement.
3. Gen Z Focused Campaigns:
- Develop themes that resonate with the socioeconomic realities, aspirations, and challenges of Gen Z in South Asia—home to nearly half of the world’s Gen Z population.
- Highlight topics such as career readiness, entrepreneurship, financial independence, social impact, and digital empowerment.
- Incorporate relatable success stories and cultural nuances to inspire and connect with the audience.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and impressions.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Experiment with paid promotions to boost visibility and attract key demographics.
5. Institutional Partner Engagement:
- Collaborate with institutions to co-create and share content that amplifies our message.
- Drive student and faculty participation through contests, webinars, or spotlight features.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience, drive, and results in social media management and digital marketing, preferably with a focus on Gen Z demographics.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create diverse, engaging content across platforms.
- Expertise in analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with the socioeconomic trends and aspirations of South Asia’s Gen Z audience.
- Creative problem-solver with excellent collaboration skills for working with institutional partners.
- Bonus: Experience with paid promotions and campaign scaling.
