Social Engagement Executive

Description:

FTP Commodities Pvt. Ltd., a leading brokerage firm registered with the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), SECP, and NCCPL, is on the lookout for a Digital Content & Social Engagement Specialist to join its team. Based in Islamabad, this is a full-time, on-site role where the ideal candidate will play a key part in creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and communication.

The role requires a creative individual with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and content creation. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and manage daily digital marketing efforts and strategies. An understanding of the commodities market is a bonus, and you will have the opportunity to grow within a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Designing:

  • Design high-quality visuals for social media, advertisements, and internal branding

  • Develop creative assets that align with the brand's tone and identity

• Reels Editing:

  • Create engaging and trendy reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

  • Repurpose existing content into viral-ready clips

• Social Media Handling:

  • Plan, schedule, and post content across all social media platforms

  • Monitor analytics and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement

• Community Management:

  • Manage relevant communities and engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and live sessions

  • Boost community participation and handle FAQs

• Assistant Media Buying:

  • Assist the media buying manager with planning and executing paid campaigns

  • Monitor ad performance and optimize creatives and targeting

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in digital content creation and social media engagement

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Professional Dashboard, Adobe Suite, and Canva

• Familiarity with Figma (a plus)

• Knowledge of the commodities market is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Bonus Skills:
