Social Compliance Auditor

 

Description:

QIMA is looking for a Social Compliance Auditor to conduct on-site audits of manufacturing facilities and evaluate compliance with labor rights, health & safety, environmental security, and ethical sourcing standards. The ideal candidate will be APSCA-registered (CSCA level) and have experience conducting audits under SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, BSCI, SMETA, and other relevant frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct on-site audits of suppliers’ manufacturing facilities, sometimes without prior notice.
✔ Evaluate compliance with labor rights, safety regulations, and environmental security based on international standards.
✔ Stay vigilant against any violations and document findings in detailed reports for clients.
✔ Approach audits with the highest level of integrity, ensuring ethical and unbiased assessments.
✔ Provide expertise in client meetings to help design customized quality control procedures.
✔ Contribute to continuous improvement within the company’s operations and compliance projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
APSCA registered at CSCA level (Mandatory).
✔ Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, BSCI compliance frameworks.
Experience conducting third-party audits and environmental audits.
✔ Hands-on experience with SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, or similar audits in the last 12 months.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
