Responsibilities:

• Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project requirements.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other team members to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain project quality.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
• Resolve any engineering issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in civil engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant design software.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
