Role Overview: We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with a strong understanding of social media trends and short-form content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing long-form videos into engaging, high-quality clips that resonate with audiences on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcasts, YouTube videos) into short-form clips.
• Collaborate with creators and our internal team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Add motion graphics, captions, and other elements to enhance video appeal and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in short-form video content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing short-form content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what content performs well on each.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
