Aroma 247 Pakistan, a leading fragrance brand, is seeking a Shopify Expert & Social Media Executive to manage its e-commerce operations and drive brand presence across digital platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, ideal for a creative and self-driven individual passionate about e-commerce, content creation, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Shopify store to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.

• Use Shopify tools and explore diverse marketing strategies to enhance store performance.

• Handle daily inventory updates and overall Shopify backend operations.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.

• Create compelling content including visuals, videos, and engaging captions.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to sales and social media engagement to improve outcomes.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch and manage promotions and digital campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and social media trends to drive innovation.

• Focus on generating potential leads through optimized marketing and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Shopify store management and social media marketing.

• Strong grasp of e-commerce platforms and a deep understanding of social media algorithms.

• Proficient in working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic video editing software is a plus.
