Description:
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to design, develop, and maintain Shopify stores. As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for implementing new features, optimizing the performance of existing stores, and ensuring seamless user experiences. Your role will also involve collaborating with our design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and functional e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Shopify Stores, apps, themes and templates.
- Build and implement new features and functionalities to enhance user experience.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and high availability.
- Collaborate with designers to convert designs into responsive, interactive Shopify sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing stores.
- Integrate third-party apps and APIs to extend functionality.
- Maintain and update documentation for development processes.
- Stay current with Shopify updates, new features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of e-commerce sites.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Experience with Shopify’s theme development and customization.
- Knowledge of Shopify’s APIs and experience with API integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
