Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising staff to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Managing cash registers, handling transactions, and balancing the till.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Training new employees and providing ongoing support to team members.
- Assisting with inventory management and merchandising.
Sales Associate: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Craftz, providing excellent service to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs.
- Providing detailed product information and recommendations.
- Operating cash registers and processing transactions.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining stock levels.
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive store atmosphere.
Staff: As a general staff member at Craftz, you will support various aspects of store operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with product displays and merchandising.
- Supporting inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assisting with special events, promotions, and sales activities.
- Flexibility to assist in different roles as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required for all positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- For the Shift Supervisor role, previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.
