Servicenow Implementation Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead the development, configuration, and implementation of multiple ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow platforms, system integration, and front-end development, ensuring high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across IT, Employee, and Customer workflows.
✔ Analyze and document technical requirements for implementation projects.
✔ Conduct technical design workshops to understand customer needs.
✔ Create detailed solution design documents, including integration specifications.
✔ Develop and implement technical solutions, conducting component integration tests.
✔ Provide mentorship and share knowledge on ServiceNow best practices.
✔ Maintain project documentation and ensure high-quality standards.
✔ Offer structured solutions and recommendations for complex business challenges.
✔ Assist in sales and presales activities, including opportunity identification and client demonstrations.
✔ Engage with clients to align ServiceNow solutions with digital transformation goals.
✔ Participate in project planning, risk identification, and implementation strategies.
✔ Ensure all deliverables meet compliance, customer requirements, and high-quality standards.
✔ Stay updated with ServiceNow platform enhancements and upgrades.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least two of the following: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, GRC, or ITBM.
  • Strong front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Expertise in system integration using web services, XML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
  • Experience in extending the ServiceNow schema for custom applications.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, meeting deadlines with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and certifications via the Partner Now Learning Portal.
