Servicenow Developer

Description:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include configuring workflows, developing custom applications, creating and optimizing ServiceNow Dashboards and Reports, and integrating third-party tools to optimize business processes.

The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow Scripting, and ServiceNow Administration skills
• Experience in designing and developing applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and ITIL framework
• Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
