Service Engineer

Description:

We are a leading UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) company seeking an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our UPS systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair UPS systems and related equipment

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability

- Respond to customer service calls and resolve issues promptly

- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine customer needs

- Provide technical support and training to customers

Requirements:

- D.A.E Electronics/ Electrical

- 2+ years of experience in UPS system maintenance and repair

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and electronics

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
