Service Engineer

Description:

The Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal functionality and reliability of the equipment provided to clients in the pharmaceutical and food sectors. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to uphold the company’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, service, and maintain machines and equipment at client sites in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.

- Provide technical guidance, support, and training to clients.

- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, equipment performance, and parts replacement.

- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure quick response to client needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education:B.Tech or DAE in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a pharmaceutical or food industry environment.
