Service Coordinator

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator with a background in U.S. home health care to join our team. This role requires managing our client base and overseeing a team of caregivers in the USA to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in driving business growth by generating new leads and building strong relationships with clients and caregivers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with caregivers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrate strong scheduling acumen to ensure seamless service coordination and caregiver assignments.
  • Actively reach out to potential clients, including private MCOs, via calls and emails to generate new business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing world-class customer service.
  • Actively listen to client concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a U.S. home health care service coordinator role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly convey information.
  • Excellent persuasion and influencing abilities to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional active listening skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Strong scheduling and organizational abilities to manage caregiver assignments efficiently.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage teams in different locations.
