Role Overview:
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with expertise in link building, keyword research, and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ On-Page SEO Optimization:
- Conduct comprehensive website audits and implement SEO improvements.
- Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience.
- Ensure proper keyword placement in website content, images, and metadata.
- Optimize schema markup, structured data, and rich snippets.
✔️ Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Develop and execute high-quality link-building strategies.
- Acquire authoritative backlinks through guest posting, outreach, and partnerships.
- Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic links.
- Increase domain authority and page authority with ethical SEO practices.
✔️ Technical SEO & Website Optimization:
- Fix crawlability, indexing, and site structure issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.
- Conduct site speed optimization and fix Core Web Vitals issues.
- Implement HTTPS, SSL, and website security best practices.
✔️ Keyword Research & Content Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Identify high-converting keywords and long-tail keyword opportunities.
- Optimize blog content, landing pages, and website copy for SEO performance.
- Work with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly and engaging content.
✔️ SEO Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager for tracking user interactions.
- Generate SEO performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and user behavior insights.
✔️ Local SEO & Google My Business Optimization:
- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles for local search.
- Implement NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across directories.
- Improve local citations, reviews, and map rankings.
✔️ SEO Strategy & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify SEO gaps.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Implement SEO automation tools and AI-driven optimization techniques.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✔️ Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website optimization.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Proven ability to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
✔️ Technical Knowledge (Plus Point):
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structure for SEO.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.).
- Ability to optimize website speed, security, and server-side SEO factors.
✔️ Content & Writing Skills (Plus Point):
- Basic knowledge of content writing, blog optimization, and copywriting.
- Ability to optimize landing pages, articles, and product descriptions for SEO.
