Description:

As an SEO Specialist with CRO expertise, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our website’s search engine ranking and increase conversion rates. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure our online presence is optimized for both visibility and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to ensure best practices are applied.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.

- Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and develop strategies to enhance user experience and maximize conversions.

- A/B test landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and other site elements to improve conversion rates.

- Collaborate with content creators to optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and CRO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

- Report on SEO and CRO performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong understanding of CRO principles.

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

- Experience with A/B testing, heat mapping, and other CRO techniques.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS).

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
