Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.

• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing WordPress websites.

• Ensure responsive, secure, and high-performance website structures.

SEO Optimization:

• Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, structured data, and site architecture improvements.

• Optimize website speed, mobile usability, and user experience.

• Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices during development.

Project Leadership:

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

• Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship.

• Maintain documentation and enforce coding standards.

Analytics & Monitoring:

• Integrate and configure Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

• Monitor website performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and content teams to align web development with SEO goals.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in WordPress development.

• Proven experience in successful SEO strategies.

Technical Skills:
