Description:
We are seeking talented Senior Video Editors with expertise in documentaries and YouTube video editing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and engaging video content for our clients. As a Senior Video Editor, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for editing, color correction, and sound design of documentary and YouTube content.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality video content for documentaries and YouTube videos.
- Collaborate with the creative manager to ensure that the final product aligns with the client's vision.
- Select and assemble the most effective shots to create a compelling narrative.
- Create rough and final cuts of videos.
- Manage media and project files throughout the entire editing process.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality.
- Continuously explore new editing techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and creativity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Mass communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing with a focus on documentaries and YouTube videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of color correction and sound design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
