As a Bid Manager and Client Acquisition Specialist at Bixbyte UK, you will play a pivotal role in securing projects through Upwork and other platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass effective bidding, proposal development, and bringing in new clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Upwork Bidding:
- Expertly bid on Upwork projects relevant to our services.
- Develop compelling proposals highlighting our strengths and solutions.
2) Client Acquisition:
- Utilize platforms like Bark, Fiverr, etc., to bring in new clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base.
3) Proposal Development:
- Create detailed and tailored project proposals for potential clients.
- Clearly communicate the scope, deliverables, and benefits of our services.
4) Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients acquired through bidding and other platforms.
- Understand client needs and align our services accordingly.
5) Tech Knowledge:
- Possess a basic understanding of AI services and full-stack development.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
6) Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead identification to project closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience at least 2 years in successful Upwork bidding and client acquisition through platforms like Bark, Fiverr, etc.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of AI services and full-stack development.
