Senior Ui/ux Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and business goals.
• Design and create engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices for consistent user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.
• Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs during the development process.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.
