Senior Ui/ux Designer

Description:

YODO is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with almost 3+ years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

-Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.

-Quickly and thoroughly create workflows, wireframes, design mockups and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives and features.

-Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UIs.

-Establish and drive the overall UX/UI vision and strategy for our products.

-Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for user interfaces.

-Conduct user research and testing to identify and implement design improvements.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to create cohesive product experiences.

-Continually evaluate and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback.

-Maintain and enforce design standards and style guides.

-Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies in the UI/UX space.

Skillset:

-3+ Years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.

-Expertise in UX/UI tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, XD, Quartz, Photoshop, Illustrator.

-Knowledge of user research and testing methodologies.

-Ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams if needed.

-Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

-Solid Understanding and Expert in designing for web and mobile applications.
