Senior Training Specialist

Description:

The Senior Training Specialist - Taxation will provide training lectures to women enterprenerurs on tax laws and compliance essentials that are relevant to growing businesses. The specialist will also conduct workshops for entrepreneurs on effective tax calculations, understanding rebates, and responding to audits. The specialist will be required to blend in-depth theoretical instruction with engaging interactive workshops, exercises and practical insights from real-world case studies for better understanding.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training lectures to women enterprenerurs on tax laws and compliance essentials.
• Conduct workshops for female entrepreneurs on effective tax calculations, understanding rebates, and responding to audits.
• Facilitate interactive session with TDAP’s experts, discussing potential collaborations, tapping into global markets, international taxation and trade issues and addressing common challenges.
  • Compile and present findings, recommendations, and final reflections to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Taxation.
• Masters in Economics, Taxation or any related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of taxation laws and practices.
• Effective training and facilitation skills
• Ability to design interactive and impactful training modules
• Ability to translate complex concepts into understandable material.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurial or SME contexts is desirable.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
