Senior Training Executive

Description:

This is a full-time role in Karachi for a Senior Training Executive. The Senior Training Executive will be responsible for executing and implementing training programs, organizing training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The Senior Training Executive will work closely with Operations team to identify and address training needs by visiting the restaurants and observing and discussing with the restaurant management. He will support in the development of training materials as and when required and will also manage the training budgets per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in implementing training programs, as well as organizing and evaluating training sessions
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred with relevant experience.
