Senior Technical Manager

NRTC Energies is a trailblazing solar energy company committed to a sustainable future. We need an exceptional leader to spearhead our design, operations & execution, and maintenance departments across Pakistan.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our technical departments to develop cutting-edge solar solutions, delivering value to our clients.
• Drive project design, technical documentations, operations, execution and optimization.
• Lead Design, Operations, and Project Execution teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and deliver excellence.
• Closely collaborate with Sales Department during bidding and pre-sales for large scale projects.
• Report directly to CEO / COO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/ master’s in engineering (Electrical/ Renewable Energy).
• Proven managerial and leadership experience in solar energy.
• Expertise in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, PV Sol, OpenSolar etc).
• Strong project management skills.
