Job Requirements:

•Team Leadership & Management: Build, lead, and mentor a development team of 20+ developers, ensuring they deliver innovative, high-quality products on time and within budget.

•Project Management: Oversee the entire development lifecycle for client projects and internal products, from initial scoping and architecture to final delivery.

•Proposal Development: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to create technical proposals for new and existing clients. This includes defining technical solutions, estimating timelines and costs, and designing prototypes for clients to showcase solutions.

•System Design & Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance systems for diverse global clients, with a focus on integrating various technologies to meet complex business requirements.

•Client Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for key international stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication from project inception through to delivery.

•Resource Augmentation: Manage the resource augmentation side of the business by providing clients with top-tier tech talent. This includes identifying, hiring, and managing the performance of developers working for international clients.

•Product Management: Oversee and manage the existing product portfolio, ensuring regular updates, system improvements, and product scalability. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams like QA, DevOps, and UX/UI to ensure seamless product development.

•Code Contribution: Remain hands-on with coding, dedicating approximately 20-30% of your time to writing key portions of the codebase, reviewing code, and solving complex issues.

•Technology Strategy: Stay ahead of technological trends and incorporate them into Z2C’s technology stack, ensuring our clients and products benefit from cutting-edge technologies.

•Development Best Practices: Set and enforce coding standards, workflows, and testing methodologies to ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable code.

Skills Required:

o Strong full-stack development expertise in front-end and back-end technologies such as ReactJS/NodeJS, PHP/Laravel, ASP.Net, and mobile development for Android/iOS.

o Proven experience managing global development teams and delivering complex projects for multiple clients simultaneously.

o Hands-on expertise in designing and architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions.

o Experience creating technical proposals, including defining architecture, scope, timelines, and costs for international clients.

o Proficiency in Agile methodologies with experience leading cross-functional teams.

o Understanding of resource augmentation models, managing developer teams for international clients.

o Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with experience in resolving full-stack development issues.

o Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and DevOps tools and practices.

o Experience working with CMS platforms like Drupal or Umbraco.

o Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT that can benefit clients.

o Background in data analytics and integrating BI tools into client solutions.

o Knowledge of building and managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
