Tola Associates, a leading tax consultancy firm, is seeking two Senior Tax Associates to join its expanding tax team at the Karachi office. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with strong expertise in direct and indirect taxation who are looking to work in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of direct and indirect tax matters for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Preparing and reviewing tax computations, returns, and supporting documents.
• Managing tax advisory and compliance assignments in line with regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in tax audits, assessments, and appeals before relevant tax authorities.
• Providing expert advisory on tax planning, structuring, and compliance strategies.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensuring clients’ adherence to updated policies.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver effective and timely tax solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: LL.B or partly-qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in both direct and indirect taxation with a reputable firm or company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
