Responsibilities
- Assist in daily financial operations, including accounts payable, general ledger activities. and statutory compliances.
- Submission of AP invoices, and processing of employee reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in month end closings and reconciliations.
- Internal and external reporting (under IFRS and US GAAP)
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in tax and corporate secretarial compliance
- Coordinating internal and external audits (including special audits).
- Monitoring of compliance to company policies and local regulations
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation of company maintained employee provident fund.
Qualifications
- Candidate must hold:
- Certificate in Accounting and Finance (CAF) from ICAP with a minimum 3-year article-ship completed from a well-reputed medium to large sized audit/accounting firm and 2 to 3 years of industry experience in the services sector, or
- ACCA member with minimum 3 years of Industry experience in the services sector.
- Sound professional with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command on MS Excel
