Maintain and improve existing Research Network operations to ensure client satisfaction and help benefit our company, clients, and research providers
Provide detailed support for research providers, including entitling/disentitling their clients and providing training on reporting/processing tools
Analyze and troubleshoot Client Support Requests received for issues related to the Capital IQ Investment Research product
Provide analytics that supports our sales team and help continue growing our research business, including generating and communicating client-ready entitlement reports and email templates
Identify entitlement issues for current subscribers and minimize the risk of cancellation
What Are We Looking For
Fluency in verbal and written English; knowledge of other foreign language is a plus
BA/BS degree and previous experience in Client Support and Sales Support
Strong analytical skills; workable understanding of MS Excel
Knowledge of MS Excel VBA and DBMS is a plus
Personal initiative and ability prioritize and multi-task efficiently and effectively
Ability to work independently while still interacting within an integrated team structure
Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs
