Senior Software Sales Executive

Alachisoft currently has an opening as a B2B Senior Software Sales Executive for US/Europe Markets in our highly talented sales team to drive sales. This opportunity is for a self-motivated, passionate, execution-oriented sales executive.

You are responsible for generating sales pipeline revenue from new accounts and existing customers. This role involves software sales based on company-provided territory targets, website registration leads, and marketing/event campaigns. This position requires that you meet both quarterly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You must also build and maintain professional relationships with internal company team members.

Our software product NCache is being used by a large variety of mid-size to large organizations in the US/Canada, UK, Western Europe, and other parts of the world including Fortune 500 companies across many industries, regions, and countries.

Responsibilities

• Contact B2B inbound leads, qualifying and converting leads into opportunities
• Follow up opportunities until they become customers
• Prepare targeted emails and promotion materials for prospects
• Articulate company value proposition to prospects
• Execute using company sales methodology, recommend improvements to processes
• Achieve Monthly KPI’s based on:
• - Minimum # of touch-points
• - Quality appointments per month
• - Follow up touch points with qualified leads
• - Qualified lead conversion into active leads
• - Active leads into deals
• Recording all activities in company CRM
• Working as a self-directed team member

Desired Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall B2B sales experience
• BA/BS degree in Technology, Business or equivalent
• Proven track record with impressive sales numbers
• Excellent telephone sales skills
• Proficient with speaking to software DEV & IT engineers
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Creative thinking, detail-oriented, & excellent time management
• Overwhelming desire to WIN
