Focusteck is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer Team Lead with expertise in Angular and Node.js to join our team in Lahore. In this full-time, on-site role, you will take on a pivotal position, leading a team of software engineers, and playing a crucial role in designing, implementing, and delivering cutting-edge software solutions. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and testing code for quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring and coaching team members, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that projects are executed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• 3+ years of experience in Frontend and Backend development with a strong focus on Angular and Node.js.
• Experience in Team Leadership and managing software development teams
• Proficient in Programming and development best practices
• Expertise in Web Applications and related technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
