Senior Software Engineer

Folio3 Software is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineers (Golang) to join its team and work on an exciting project for an existing client. This role requires strong programming expertise, deep knowledge of Golang, and the ability to work on detection engine development with a focus on high-performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Application Development:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable Golang applications with high-performance capabilities.

✅ API Development:

• Design and implement efficient and secure APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.

✅ Regular Expressions:

• Apply Regex for pattern matching, data parsing, and validation tasks across various application components.

✅ Open Source Contributions:

• Engage with Open Source Software (OSS) communities to adopt best practices and contribute back to the community where relevant.

✅ Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth software development and deployment cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Golang Proficiency: Minimum of 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Golang development.
✔ API Integration: Strong expertise in API design, development, and integration.
✔ Regex Mastery: Deep understanding and practical use of Regular Expressions for data parsing and pattern matching.
✔ Open Source Engagement: Experience with open-source contribution or active participation in OSS communities is a plus.
✔ Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
✔ Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact smoothly with internal teams and external clients.
