We are seeking an expert Senior Shopify Developer to join our team at Devmont Digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating custom Shopify themes from scratch, possess excellent JavaScript skills and exceptional Leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Build and maintain websites using the Shopify platform, including custom theme development.
- Customization: Customize Shopify templates to meet client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Responsive Design: Implement responsive designs to ensure seamless functionality across all devices.
- Integration: Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways into Shopify sites.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve website issues, ensuring performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintenance: Manage and maintain existing Shopify websites, ensuring updates and security patches are applied.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance website performance and visibility.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance before project deployment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Shopify Expertise: Deep knowledge of Shopify’s Liquid templating language.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Familiar with e-commerce functionalities, payment gateway integrations, and API usage.
- Optimization Skills: Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
