As a Senior SEO Specialist at Ninesol Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase our website's visibility and organic search rankings. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to optimize our online presence and ensure best practices are followed. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO techniques and the latest trends in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for content optimization.

Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headlines, and internal linking structures.

Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance and crawlability.

Monitor and analyze website analytics, rankings, and conversion metrics to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging SEO technologies.

Manage and optimize link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and improve search engine visibility.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEO team members and assist with training initiatives.

Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across website redesigns and updates.

Prepare and present detailed reports on SEO performance, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for SEO.

Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts related to SEO.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
