Responsibilities:

• Implement company guidelines for external relations policies and procedures.
• Evaluate, implement, and review the company-wide security and risk management program.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including law enforcement, local administration, and government offices.
• Oversee security tools & equipment, optimizing their effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Security Company for seamless services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pre-empt security risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Streamline administrative tasks and simplify complex business processes.
• Lead various administrative functions, including office administration, transport, reception, telephone exchange, gate office, weighbridge, postal mail, horticulture, fair price shop, and canteen.
