A leading digital solutions provider headquartered in Dubai is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their Lahore office. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions that drive digital transformation for top-tier clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Salesforce Design & Development:

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions.
• Build scalable architectures using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✅ Customization & Configuration:

• Configure custom objects, record types, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
• Implement user permissions, profiles, and security settings.

✅ Integration & APIs:

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware.
• Ensure seamless data synchronization between Salesforce and business-critical systems.

✅ Performance & Optimization:

• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for Salesforce development.

✅ Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to gather requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

✅ Documentation & Maintenance:

• Maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations.
• Provide post-deployment support to ensure stability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

📌 Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
📌 Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required), Platform Developer II (Preferred).
📌 Technical Skills:
✔ 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL).
✔ Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools.
✔ Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
✔ Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
✔ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
✔ Experience with DevOps (CI/CD) is a plus.
✔ Knowledge of Service Cloud functionalities (Case Management, Task Management, Live Chat, etc.).
