We are seeking an Senior Executive Sales & Marketing to drive business growth through sales of our Software House. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, securing new projects, and fostering client relationships in the Software Development sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in need of software development services.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, emailing, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and communicate them effectively to potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to close deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Software, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in engineering or technical services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
