Senior Sales Executive Real Estate

 

Description:

We are currently seeking talented and motivated Sales Executives to join our team in the Real Estate industry. We have multiple positions available at different experience levels, including Zonal Sales Manager, Assistant Zonal Sales Manager, and Zonal Sales Coordinators (Females) and Sales Executives (Females) for Floor. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Understanding client’s requirements.
• Ensure that clients are given demonstrations, carry out site visits and timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to understand evolving change in requirements.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales functions to achieve required sales targets.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Minimum qualification required is Graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
Relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing for senior positions such as Zonal Sales Manager and Assistant Zonal Sales Manager.
