Senior Sales Executive

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for sales and after-sale services. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong sense of building relationships with customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote and sell our company’s products directly to businesses and customers. The goal is to reach and serve the customers in any way we can.

Note: Past experience working with a reputed furniture/interior design brand/Pharma/Builders will be preferred

Responsibilities:

• Reinforcing customer selections and helping them complete their rooms

• Explaining special financing plans, delivery procedures, warranties, etc.

• Coordinating delivery between the customer and distribution/delivery system

• Maintaining knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles and products

• Entering client information into our (CRM) system, and conducting prompt and professional follow-up before and after the sales.
