Responsibilities

  • Proactively build targeted lead lists, sales strategies, and effective messaging to drive appointment setting for new business.
  • Presenting proposals, negotiating the terms of an agreement, and closing deals.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the movement of the prospects through the deal stages of the sales process.
  • Work as the technical bridge between the customers.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including framing the customer's opportunity in financial terms.
  • You will need to be confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical people.

Technical Requirement:

  • Verifiable experience of 1-2 years in a mid-level sales role at a software development firm.
  • Must be keen to learn and able to work on cutting-edge technology i.e Blockchain.
  • Solid expertise in targeted lead generation, appointment setting, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience in driving sales from cold email outreach or any other digital channel similar to Upwork.
  • Must demonstrate working ability with sales automation tools (HubSpot CRM, Clickup & Saleshub, etc).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and paid media (Google Ads).
