Senior Sales Executive

 

Description:

As a Sales Executive at KMZ Renewable Resources Private Limited, you will play a key role in promoting renewable energy solutions, focusing on solar energy systems. This position requires a combination of technical understanding and excellent salesmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers (individuals, businesses, industries).
  • Utilize networking, cold-calling, and online platforms to generate leads.
  • Build a pipeline of potential clients interested in solar energy solutions.

Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct site visits and analyze customer energy needs.
  • Present tailored solar energy solutions, including technical details, benefits, and ROI analysis.
  • Provide detailed cost estimates, system designs, and financing options.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries during the pre- and post-sales process.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and handle customer objections professionally.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate customer requirements and ensure proper delivery of solutions.

Sales Reporting and Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on performance and challenges.

Market Awareness and Strategy Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities in the renewable energy sector.
  • Provide insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in Renewable Energy or Solar Energy Systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience in renewable energy, construction, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
