Description:
As a Sales Executive at KMZ Renewable Resources Private Limited, you will play a key role in promoting renewable energy solutions, focusing on solar energy systems. This position requires a combination of technical understanding and excellent salesmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers (individuals, businesses, industries).
- Utilize networking, cold-calling, and online platforms to generate leads.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients interested in solar energy solutions.
Sales Process Management:
- Conduct site visits and analyze customer energy needs.
- Present tailored solar energy solutions, including technical details, benefits, and ROI analysis.
- Provide detailed cost estimates, system designs, and financing options.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries during the pre- and post-sales process.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and handle customer objections professionally.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate customer requirements and ensure proper delivery of solutions.
Sales Reporting and Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on performance and challenges.
Market Awareness and Strategy Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities in the renewable energy sector.
- Provide insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Renewable Energy or Solar Energy Systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience in renewable energy, construction, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical clients.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
